It worked fine with Steam (aside from the memory issue) and can't get the mod to launch at all now. So I redid the path to target the executable properly, only to have it just load bloody vanilla FOC! From what I can see, the automatic path that the EAW Remake GOG Shortcut uses is different to where it's actually located on my computer, and an error message pops up to say that the path is invalid. Went through the same process to install the mod etc, only this time it won't work at all. So I bought the game again on GOG just to be able to play this mod properly. Apparent y this issue can't be fixed on the Steam version, only by patching the GOG version. Only problem is, it keeps crashing because it's exceeded its memory cap. This is still a beta release so bugs/issues could be present. Net 2.0 or higher framework for the mod manager to work. When your done, select the mod again click deactivate and eaw returns to normal. Simple select the mod from the list click activate and play. The mod manager is also very usefull and easy to use for the modder as well, in making there mod compatible with the mod manager is simple and makes it very easy to distrubute for others to use. The mod manager is very simple to use and does all the work for the user for them to use the mods they choose. It is a utillity used to easily activate/use and orignizae the various mods for empire at war. The empire at war mod manager is for the RETAIL and DEMO versions of empire at war.
